Production
Gulfstream works with clients to determine the optimal form of production for their case based on a variety of factors such as client data, production cost, risks associated with producing metadata, and court mandated and opposing counsel requirements.
Native Production
Production and review of electronic documents in their native formats present both opportunities and dangers. Gulfstream can help lawyers thoroughly understand production standards and strategies to navigate potential pitfalls associated with native productions.
Typical Native Productions include:
- Custom Document ID assigned to Natve Files
- Extraction and formatting of specified Metadata
- Extraction of File Text
Other Native Production Services:
- Identify Files with Hidden Data
- Scrub MetaData
- Reconstitution of PST, NSF and other container files
Image Production
Image Productions can also be done for all relevant data to be produced. Image formats include TIF, PDF, and JPG. Searchable PDF's and/or OCR can be provided with Image Productions. Images can be Bates labeled and endorsed with any other language, such as "confidential". Although metadata and any other hidden data are lost in the imaging process, if requested, these properties can be maintained and delivered in load file along with the production.
