The Gulfstream Legal Solutions Court Reporting Division is a full-service court reporting, legal videotape and litigation support firm with offices located in Houston, Austin, and Dallas. We provide an effective combination of technology, competitive pricing and quality service for a variety of litigation needs, and our board-certified court reporters are skilled in all phases of reporting (e.g., medical, technical and daily transcripts and expedited copy). Real-time court reporting services and legal videographers are available upon request.

Professional Court Reporting: The Gulfstream Court Reporting Division has highly skilled and experienced court reporters for any type of case, including medical and technical court reporting specialists.

Subpoena Service: We prepare and serve state, federal and trial subpoenas, and we also serve citations.

Legal Videotaping/Editing: Gulfstream can handle all of your legal video requirements, including depositions and courtroom sessions. Our services include original legal video recording, playback and editing.

Interpreters: We routinely provide language interpreters to accurately translate depositions or statements in many languages, including Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Japanese.

Real-time Court Reporting: Attorneys can connect directly to an Gulfstream court reporter’s computer during the actual deposition, enabling them to view testimony on-screen as it is recorded in real time.

Email Transcript Delivery: The Gulfstream Court Reporting Division has the capability to email deposition transcripts to attorneys in an Etranscript format, which allows them to print a hard copy or save the file to disk.

ASCII File Formatting: Upon request, Gulfstream will provide deposition transcripts in ASCII file format, and these files can be viewed across a broad range of software and operating platforms.

Condensed Transcripts (with keyword index): Gulfstream condenses large, complex deposition transcripts into small print (4 pages per sheet, front and back) and provides a keyword index for easy reference.

Conference Room Facilities: Gulfstream has private conference room facilities for depositions or meetings, and we also can make arrangements to reserve conference rooms at remote locations.

Tape Transcription: The Gulfstream Court Reporting Division converts audiotape or videocassette tape recordings into transcript format.

Online Repository: Gulfstream Court Reporting offers online access to deposition transcripts and exhibits, and online scheduling is also available.
